Happy Balance VA is a collective of virtual assistants founded by women, for women. We didn't build this business to just complete tasks. We built it to change the way women entrepreneurs experience running a business.

Because we know what it's like to wear every hat, carry every responsibility, and still feel like you're falling behind. We've felt the exhaustion and we've found the other side of it. That's what we want for every client we work with.

In 2022, Heidy, Michaela, and Kaleigh were independently freelancing. Serendipitously, they were brought together on a project. They immediately clicked. Not just personally, but professionally. The way they worked together was something none of them had experienced before. Tasks moved faster. Clients were happier. And something that had felt isolating about freelancing alone suddenly felt like something entirely different: a team.

More than that, they discovered that working together made the hardest part of entrepreneurship more manageable. The constant tension between professional demands and personal life: the guilt of missing a school pickup, the exhaustion of being always on, the feeling that something always had to give began to ease. Together, they had found a way to navigate that delicate balance. And they wanted to help others find it too.
