Happy Balance VA is a collective of virtual assistants founded by women, for women. We didn't build this business to just complete tasks. We built it to change the way women entrepreneurs experience running a business.

Because we know what it's like to wear every hat, carry every responsibility, and still feel like you're falling behind. We've felt the exhaustion and we've found the other side of it. We are strategic, empathetic, and deeply invested in your success, both in business and in life.

In 2022, Kaleigh, Michaela, and Heidy were each freelancing independently when, serendipitously, a shared project brought them together. Tasks moved faster. Clients were happier. And something that had felt isolating about freelancing alone suddenly felt like something entirely different: a team.

Together, they found a way to navigate the delicate balance between professional demands and personal life. And they wanted to help others find it too.
